DSMSat - One Step Further

Here comes one of the reasons why DiveShopManager 2.02 will help to improve the performance of your Dive Center. The main software has just got a little brother called DSMSat. This little standalone software will eliminate most of the typos usually found in customer databases. You simply place a laptop or an old PC in the lounge of your dive resort and your customers can enter their own data themselves. No more wrong written names or e-mail addresses that bonce back because of little typing mistakes. You can hook up DSMSat via network cable to your office computer or you simply save the new entry's to a USB Stick and bring it to the office.

The wide range of possibilities of DSMSat does not stop here! What about you having an office in let's say Bangkok and your Dive Shop is located in Krabi. With DSMSat running in your Bangkok Office, the new customer can check in right at the spot, make a down payment, bring his picture to the office (requires to have a digital camera or a scanner in the office) or take his/her picture there. The office sends the data by e-mail to the dive resort, where you simply read it in the Dive Shop Manager Software. As your customer arrives, you can pick him/her up and bring them right to the pre arranged accommodation.
